"Please make sure about room size before booking this hotel. No windows in the room, no chair or no table. Looks like it is purely for holiday makers who want to stay in the center of city , location is great and very close to Piccadilly train station. Not for business travellers"

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past due to the location and the value for money. Turned up yesterday and you now have to pay £10 per bag if you want to use luggage drop off. I paid extra for an upgraded room which was smaller than a cupboard, dated, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t have it on overnight (on the hottest weekend of the year so far). Also no tea and coffee in the room any more….what the hell is that all about? Will never stay here again"
