"We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also. Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins."

Each one is big, spacious, comfortable, warm, and spotless – everything you could really ask for. As my company is located in Cheltenham, I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels around the area over the years, and while some are better than others, these apartments have definitely become my go-to. "I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night. Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner."

"The room was very clean and confortable. The staff were all very friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The only negative was that breakfast was served on very hot plates and my poached egg had a gel like consistency - very unusual."

"The Hotel is very close to the city centre and is a modern comfortable hotel. The breakfast is a standard Holiday Inn Express style with a reasonable variety. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful (even the trainee). We really enjoyed our stay here."
