The hotel has a very welcoming feel and all members of staff we met were really helpful and pleasant. "The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada....
