"This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "
"Great spot, amazing views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the little karaoke restaurant and bar was a lot of fun and the burgers were good. It is not the Marriott, it’s a different kind of nice. It’s a conveniently located hotel that’s across the street from a bunch of food trucks and it has one of Waikīkī’s best kept secret a traditional French restaurant open for brunch. The biggest problem we had was the hot tubs were not working on the pool deck. My husband was born and raised on Oahu...
"Excellent stay, good quality rooms, well situated to the beach and local restaurants, hotel restaurant/bar very good prices. Not all the rooms face the pool (and also get little direct sun) but this was a minimal issue, we loved our stay and will be back!"
"We stayed here last year while it was being renovated so coming this year, the hotel had a major make over. My family and I loved it. Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place! Looking forward to next year! "
