"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. Upon arriving in the room we saw that the previous guest left some Tums on the nightstand which housekeeping failed to notice. We small have children so I'm glad that I noticed it before they did or they could have eaten them mistaking them for candy. The sheets had noticeable stains on...

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. "Clean and safe. Decent ocean views. It’s a loud area to stay in if you’re not used to the sounds of a city. The breakfast was good and staff were helpful and cheery."

"Clean room, excellent view, close to beach and shopping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"Good location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I feel so welcomed and I would stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."

"Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I arrived really early and they allowed for early check in without a problem. Also loved that the beach was a 2 min walk from the hotel"

"Everything was as described. With a rental car, it was great having a parking garage."
