"We always have the best time here! It’s a larger resort with everything you need and right on the beach. I wish they did a bit more for the New Year’s Eve event but there were a ton of things to do and see in walking distance. Once again we had a great time in Hawaii!"

My top highlights include: • Calm, clear water to swim in every day • A stunning mountain-view room where we could watch the world go by while still seeing the ocean on either side of our lanai • Waking up early to watch the sunrise from the 10th-floor stair balcony overlooking the dolphin swim — absolutely unforgettable • The Veranda was my favorite dining spot: beautiful china, steak fritas that melted in my mouth, and a lovely live singer • The room itself was luxurious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained • Beach chair and towel service was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful • Lunch at the Plumeria Bar was a highlight, especially my favorite coconut drink with just a hint of mint • The location is very close to Waikiki, and taxis were always ready at the drop of a hat • Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay Thank you for such a wonderful experience. "I read the review before I booked for my trip. They're all true about the noise like a dentist office every morning and I didn't know where it come from. I've changed 2 rooms and they're the same. Beside the noise, everything was great for my 6 days staying. The best of all is very convenient location: close to the beach, close to the shopping center, marketplace, eating places as well as the zoo and transportation, even convenient for our pickup bus to Polynesian center. I was surprised how easy it is. Everything is walkable and the bus/trolley station is everywhere like next door when you need one. The hotel even let you borrow beach towels and chair to go to the beach. Food is ok, not much variety but don't leave your food without attention because the birds will come right away or the wind will blow it away since we sit outdoor on the 3rd floor and very windy in the morning. I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip. Recommended."
