The location is far away from all main attractions. We booked for a non-smoking room and we could smell the smoking from the hall to the inside apartment. It was very bad. When complained, they fixed the problem by putting an air cleaning machine in our room and we were asked to be out of the apartment for two hours. The air quality was temporarily better when we were back and back to its initial condition after one day. The noise level was also very high in the surrounding neighborhood. The room was also not clean. We are not sure when the last time it was comprehensively clean.

En blandet fornøjelse - Travessera Park Güell OK

Havde booket 4 personers lejlighed i Travessera Park Güell, men fik ved ankomsten en lejlighed i Dirsa Park Güell - tilsyneladende begge styret af Hotel Travessera. Dirsa var dog noget af en skuffelse - der var ingen vinduer (på nær mod en meget lille passage bag boligen), og der lugtede af kattetis (eller måske mus) under køkkenvasken. Da vores reservation angav adressen på Travessera Park Güell fik vi på dag 2 lov til at flytte til en lejlighed dér, og det var en helt anderledes positiv oplevelse. Der var rent og pænt, lugtede ikke grimt, og der var en stor altan samt dagslys ind i lejligheden. Dirsa Park kan ikke anbefales, Travessera Park kan varmt anbefales. Vær obs på adressen på reservationen.

Good location and couteous staff

Was disappointed that inspite of clearly indicating paying and booking for 4 twin beds we were given a room with 2 twin beds and 2 sofa beds. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location on Google is a block away from the actual location. The guy at the front desk managed to find us after looking for 20 min. This was at 1am. The sleeper couch was difficult to set up, as it was unstable. Other than that, the room as fine.

Manque de propreté

Appartement décevant, nous avions choisi un appartement double supérieur superieur, donc logiquement de qualite superieure. Nous sommes arrivés à une heure du matin, le sol n'avait pas été nettoyé et collait sous les chaussures. Des mouchoirs usagés ont été retrouvés sous le lit de mon fils. Pas de fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur, mais sur une cour intérieure sombre, ce détail avait été omis dans l'offre. Sinon, concernant les points positifs, appartement calme, personnel pour nous accueillir à 1h du matin sans supplément. Patron attentif à nos remarques sur la propreté, quartier loin de l'agitation touristique et à 5mn du métro.

Très bon séjour, à refaire sans hésiter.

Très agréable séjour, réception personne vraiment très gentille et à l'écoute. Idéalement situé entre le Park Guell ( 10 mn à pieds ) et la Sagrada Familia ( 25 mn à pieds - à faire en fin de journée vers 20 heures, c'est extraordinaire pour se promener ). Le bus 24 vous amenant en centre-ville est également juste en bas. Je recommande cet hôtel !

O apartamento era bom ,limpo,espaçoso,com as comodidades necessárias para quem vai de férias.Uma varanda ótima,o arcondicionado a funcionar em pleno,muito bem localizado,perto de estações de metro e o autocarro parava á porta.Achei o parque de estacionamento muito caro e muito pequeno.No geral terei que dar nota muito positiva,e,quando voltar a barcelona é lá que volto a ficar.
