It was really good, the apartment very big we were 4 adults and 3 kids at it was more than enough for all of us. The owners had left on the fridge for us water, big bottle of orange juice and 10 cans of Beers that was really nice. If you need anything they are very quick to respond to your email. The house its got everything you need. Very close to the apartment is the tram stop , lots of parks for kids to play, grocery shop very close.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. When you communicate with the host, they are very responsive and able to answer all questions asked. The complimentary water and juice was very much appreciated. Best to pay for the private parking because street parking is almost impossible. Would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Barcelona.

First, before starting our stay the day before, we received an email from the property stating that it was a "scam," stating that our payment with Expedia had not been processed correctly. We confirmed with Expedia and everything was fine. We arrived at the property on Friday, July 18th. The apartment was clean and tidy, with just a little mold in the bathrooms and the entrance to the building a little confusing since we didn't have a floor number. On Sunday the 20th, as we were packing to return home, we realized that someone had broken into our apartment and stolen our belongings. We were robbed of clothes, electronics, and money. We called Olala Apartments and were told to file a report. Every apartment on the floor we were in was robbed, and more than three families were involved in the robbery. Olala Apartments did not help us or provide security that night; our lives were in danger. We couldn't sleep, and my children were traumatized when they saw the police enter the apartment. Olala Apartments only apologized for the inconvenience. We asked for reimbursement for the damages or at least a credit card since we lost more than $4,000 in everything. They told us that it wasn't their problem. Be careful if you stay there. Olala Apartments took three days to tell me they wouldn't refund me anything. I asked for updates, and they just told me they were investigating, but we still don't know what happened. We lost money, time, and a horrible vacation experience.

The property is clean and functional. It is convenient if you take a bus, Tram or Metro. There are groceries nearby for just a quick grab. The beach is also closeby.

Poor management,i ask about 5 times for towels and other things that where not there, i got a promise from the manager that she will send it the next day after i leave And there are bugs, i don't know what kind but kids where beaten several times, I don't recommend it
