"The location of Guest House Loggeria Porcellino was fabulous. Close to all things walkable within 5-10 minutes. Communication with representative was clear and helpful. The gallery of photos online was a little deceiving. The entry to the trio of rooms in our corridor was less than inviting. It had a smell of ant killer spray (though no bugs were in our room). It felt more like a hostel. Our room was spacious enough with a large well appointed bathroom. Everything was so practical and not...

"we stayed for 3 nights, it's located in old town centre, no elevator so you have to carry luggages up, but the room looks clean and big, the owner is nice, recommended for budget travellers"

"Great location, clean and comfortable stay! Viktoria was a great host😘"

"This was the perfect place to stay for my trip to Florence. The location was great, right across from Boboli Gardens, down the street from Ponte Vecchio, and close by a bunch of nice restaurants and wine bars. AC works great too!"

"We loved the location of this room...within a very short, easy walk from the Maria Santa Novella train station. And from there was very easy walking to LOTS of great dining and fun things to do. We booked a room with the jet tub and sauna and we loved it. There was a noticeable and unpleasant odor that persisted during our short stay. Also was odd that they kept asking for the same check-in details...both through What'sApp and thru the Expedia app?"

"Loved the location, right near the Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance of museums, shopping, and dining. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the suite (in between the rooms) had an unpleasant smell. There was not coffee provided in the rooms, which was a major disappointment for me. Tea was provided, but I had to go out each morning to find coffee at 7 am as soon as the bistros opened."

"予約時にフライトの都合でチェックインが受付時間より遅くなると事前に伝えていて、レイトチェックインも10ユーロ払えばできると聞いてはいたけど、当日のチェックイン直前になってその料金と市税は現金払いと伝えられた。 たまたまギリギリ支払えるくらいの現金があったから良かったけど、そう言うことはもっと早く言って欲しかった。 チェックイン後、エアコンが故障していてメッセージを送ったが翌朝まで対応してもらえず残念だった。"

"Ok."

"Love the place. Staff was very helpful. Elevator was nice. Overall very happy with it."
