"As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear. Also close to the quirky museum with Rihanna's umbrella. I found it expensive - for example, 35 usd for breakfast buffet - but frankly most things were expensive in the tourist economy at the tail end of the high season. It was really handy for me that the hotel has a taxi desk in the lobby with very cheerful drivers ready to meet your needs."
"This hotel is extremely small spa wasn’t available or working not much food selection very quiet. You can hear a pin drop. Definitely not a spot to celebrate birthday mainly for older seniors.
Had to go to the Sister hotel Acura which was bigger and better we did the Sps service over there but the lady at the front was rude. We came in and said good afternoon we have an appointment for 1 o’clock and she looked us up and down and said your appointment is for 115. I said I know that I arrived early because I know there are forms to be filled out .. not a hello good afternoon no greeting at all."
"Food was not that good at buffet
Sushi and steak restaurant were great
Staff not super helpful with organizing excursions or explaining hotel eating hours
No food available from 3-5

"The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. I loved the beach view. That’s why very unfortunate that the hotel is in such a bad state. It definitely needs to be upgraded. "
"The room was very clean and the staff did a great job cleaning every day.
Used the bar and it was good.
Did not have time to use the spa.
Swimming pool was excellent however the opening times were very late i.e 10 a.m. and it closed early.
B'fast buffet good. Evening meals usually overcooked.
