"Pros: the staff were helpful and very friendly. The all inclusive food and drinks. Good for budget travelers. Cons: The room layout is much to be desired. The room layout was clustered. The ac was stuck at one temperature so the room was always hot and had to rely on the standing fan. The shower was interesting in that it wasn’t enclosed -partial glass no door. So when you shower the bathroom floor gets wet. The sink was shooting out water and even if you slightly opened the water sprays...

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been...
