"Great hotel. Great location, very close to an MRT station, it's also in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The service was very good. Even though my reservation didn't have breakfast included, I recommend that you get it; the breakfast is worth it."

"The room that was given was not cleaned properly. There was stuff on the walls, not sure blood or boogers, but there was dried stuff on the walls, the room smelled moldy and there was mold around the edges of an opening in the top, the bed had a yellow stain on the bedsheet, even though the sheets are supposed to be new and cleaned, and there was a cockroach in the room. I could go on, but will leave it at that. The pictures definitely did not reflect the room I agreed to and paid for."

The kicker is a refreshing rooftop pool and bar that feels absolutely perfect at the end of a hot and sweaty Bangkok day! AC in the rooms works flawlessly, and it’s not too noisy as it’s set back a bit from the hustle and bustle of Soi 11."
