"The hotel is very close to airport and standing a shuttle is fairly easy. There is not too much around the area but for those using the hotel for a quick overnight stop the hotel is just great. The rooms are large and clean.
Staff are extremely helpful and there is a really fantastic roof top bar to have a drink, watch the sunset and listen to live music. The food was very good too."

"My stay was great and the reception staff, especially Karen, were helpful and clear. However, I encountered two issues: there was no prior mention of a deposit or the policy that keeps balconies locked for solo guests. I chose this luxury hotel for my birthday and upgraded to a high-floor river view as a treat, so being unable to access the balcony was a letdown. While I understand the policy, it should be disclosed during the booking process for single occupants. Traveling from Mexico for this...
