We stayed at Lebua hotel for 4 nights. We paid online entire of reservation, but they asked for deposit 10,000 Thai baht. When completely checked out, the hotel staffs supposed to return all deposit since we were not charged any in our room. Why did they still hold the deposit, and not return back ...

A wonderful hotel with a great team.Rooms are dated but everything wise compensates this.We were upgraded and offered a late check out which was amazing.Situated on the river with a complimentary shuttle boat.Great pool.We would return.
