"Skyview was a very pleasant experience. Great staff, super breakfast (didn’t eat supper). Lovely pool and pool bar and great roof top bar - free to access for non guests and pretty chills out vibe (I’m getting old!). A good option if staying in this area."

When I contacted them, the man on the phone told me the driver was there, which made me walk around looking for a man with a hotel sign and my name. I kept calling, and finally, they told me I was at the wrong airport (them, not me). When I started complaining, he told me that I had to take a taxi. I asked for a refund, and he told me I had to speak to the manager the next day. I spoke to the manager, and she told me, 'No, sorry, no refund,' because they do not provide transfers at the airport where I arrived. I told her that if they had read my email, they would have told me that at the beginning, not when I was already at the airport. There was no refund. Thieves!""
