"Friendly staff, helpful. I requested an English speaking tour guide. The hotel receptionist helped arrange one. Unfortunately, both Peter and his wife, Kung, spoke very little English and did not do any meaningful guiding. They drove me to the temples and left me to walk around myself. Would not recommend using them."

"We enjoyed our stay at Avani very much. The hotel is a 5-star property and a very good value. The staff was wonderful and the proximity to the On Nut BTS station, the mall, and the large new Lotus was ideal for celebrating Songkran. The pool closed very early, at 8pm, which was slightly disappointing."

"The property is spacious the rooms are clean and well equipped. Except I was expecting a bidet in the room and there wasn’t one. The staff was very attentive. The property is very convenient to the airport but, not much else. They do have several restaurants and shops in the hotel."

"The hotel is clean. It's a bid outdated, but it does the job. We stayed for 1 night only. It's convenient for being close to the airport. They offer shuttle services at 100 baht per room. The AC was not strong enough, but for 1 night... It was not a deal breaker."
