"First of all, the staff are very nice, but not that helpful because they really don’t speak English. Check in they don’t tell you anything. Rooms are just old dirty stains in the toilet. The curtains were broken. They switched shrooms. The air conditioning was not any betterTons of flies in my room air-conditioning got to 74 or 24 celsius too hot. There’s nowhere that’s air-conditioned for eating everything‘s outside. Food was good but limited. Not worth us 100.00 a night."

"We had a problem at our bathroom.. there was a leaking coming out of the bath that nobody came to check after I told the staff. The fire show was amazing.. food and buffet was great but there’s room for improvement"

"We had a top floor side sea view room which was very spacious. The finishing were a little tired but adequate. Great pool areas separating children’s pool with adults. Breakfast choice great if you like Indian food however otherwise we found it quite bland. The staff in reception were really helpful allowing us to upgrade smoothly. The main disappointment was that the beach was separated by a busy road and we found the water not great for swimming. Otherwise a great location for exploring Ao Nang. "
