The location is hard to beat, right near Kawaramachi and within walking distance to Gion, Nishiki Market, and tons of great খাব and shopping spots. It made exploring Kyoto incredibly convenient. The bed was super comfortable, and the little details—like the high-quality toiletries and thoughtful layout—made a big difference after long days of walking around the city. Service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "
