"Staff was excellent! Location was incredible! We were able to see and do so much by just walking from the hotel. Fantastic stay at a wonderful property!"

"Chicago’s L7 by LOTTE Hotel is a beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Every aspect of our experience (EX: valet, front desk, room cleanliness, etc.) was excellent! We ordered two meals (dinner and breakfast) from the on-site restaurant Perilla Korean Steakhouse and they both exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh and delicious. We chose the L7 by LOTTE Hotel because of its close proximity to the Chicago Theater, and we’re glad we did. We would highly recommend this hotel to all in search of a...

"Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Good job Hotel 505."

"I appreciate being greeted when arriving and departing!"

"The hotel didn’t meet my expectations for the view, but it definitely had one of the best locations. The location was absolutely unbeatable, with easy walking access to Millennium Park, the Chicago Riverwalk, the Chicago Theatre, Art institute of Chicago and many other downtown attractions. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere had a distinctive character. I especially appreciated being able to reach so many...

"The hotel was clean and great, but the weak Wi-Fi was disappointing."

"Very nice visit! Enjoyed Phil's for dinner, walked around the area and saw a number of houses designed by Franklyn Lloyd Wright. Had a very nice stay."

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"Older building but well maintained and quaint. The bed was very comfortable, AC was great. Would definitely stay here again."
