"The refurbishment of the Met has been well done. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast however was not so good with limited buffet options and not obvious that you can order hot options. The coffee was terrible! The layout for parties is poor as we were met by a very large and moisybcrowd on Friday early evening coming out of the loft making it very difficult to cross the hotel lobby."

"We only stayed one night, but the room was very clean and functional. No frills but had kettle, coffee, tea & biscuits. Lovely powerful shower. And at night the room was lovely and dark, just how I like it! Great curtains. No noise with window shut. Can hear road noise if window open. Nice little bar downstairs. All in all a good experience. Would stay again."

"Area for working was listed in the description bug when I got to the room there was no area to work from- fine if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay but I’d booked it as I needed to work on my laptop that evening "
