"We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!"

"Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!"

"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"Stunning building. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having cans of still water in the fridge and a little bottle of fresh milk for the coffee and tea. Shower was easy to operate and towels were a generous size. Extractor fan turned on automatically once you are near the bathroom area. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Scrambled eggs were delicious and fluffy. Coffee was from a machine that was self operated but it was a...

"As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again."

"This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, it was clean, classy and central to all we needed, staff so friendly, rooms were amazing, absolutely great, will recommend to everyone."

"The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense. Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle. I paid for late check out to midday and had people knocking on the door at 10.30 asking why I was still in room. Room was clean, slept well and lounges at...

"The hotel itself is great The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!! Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep If you can go without then it’s a great hotel"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Nicely maintained hotel, and very well situated for access to the Arena. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed - I slept well, which is not always the case. Very friendly and competent staff. Only thing for me was that the hot buffet items on the breakfast looked and tasted as though they had been standing for quite a while - I know this is not easy to get right but is an area for consideration. I will certainly stay again here, in fact I’ve already booked!"

"A very affordable and good value hotel. Large rooms and clean. Bathrooms have recently been refitted which look nice."

"Amazing place - spotless! Will definitely stay here again. Gorgeous suites with beautiful decor."

"Great staff, good location but can be noisy late into the night and early morning due to the surrounding venues, which affects your ability to sleep. Soundproofing could be better. When it’s full service can be slow, we waited 45mins for our breakfast order which was not a great experience, although the food itself was great."

"Needs better bar, receptionist could serve drinks but not ideal. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is too early."
