"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. "

"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the...

"The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights).
