"Uncomfortable and terrible food"

"The property was exquisite. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The grounds staff, waiters, housekeepers and concierge folks were all so friendly and helpful. They have these 'PTC' sales ppl there though and that's a bit annoying. It's like furniture or used car salesmen vibes. They need to realize ppl spend a lot to be there and the upselling can be really trying on the nerves."

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "
