This hotel is a great value for the price. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great, and a nice breakfast and coffee is included. The staff were all friendly and I felt safe staying there. Bavaro Beach is a short walk away. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

I travel with the family and have to say such great value is hard to find, glad I booked this hotel. Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms with access to the beach club which even though small was just right for us.

Perfect location, near to almost all the best beaches in Punta Cana, altough the hot water smells very bad. Everything else was amazing. They clean the room every day and they gave us new cleaned sheets.

Basic room. Nothing special. Hot water and clean towels.working AC nice bed, ample breakfast. Furniture old. No chair to sit in. Far from beach and tons of traffic, dust, and construction around. Better places closer to the beach.

Staff was very sweet, helpful & down to earth! The included breakfast never disappointed! I did feel like the room I had was slightly barebones. It could do with a few more amenities like a mini fridge, lotion, shampoo and few others things that are standard in most hotels. Despite the few issues, the hotel remains great value for money and is in an ideal location for restaurants and the beach is only a 8 mins walk away. The area is also safe, however I wouldn’t walk around after 1 am in the morning as I have seen slightly sketchy stuff during one night.

Unfortunately, my stay at Green Coast Hotel has been a disaster! We have moved for the second time in one day. Our first night we got zero sleep because the music played well into the morning and staff started construction early in the morning with lots of banging and drilling (I have video). The first room we were in had water damage in the ceiling with plaster falling on the night table (have pictures). We let the staff know our dissatisfaction and they moved us to another room this time without a working toilet. One flush and water went everywhere. My partner had to turn the water off to stop it. We packed all our things again and went to the front desk to be moved. Mind you it was past 11 pm at this point. The front desk took us to another room and would you believe that toilet did not work either?! So frustrating and disappointing. We wanted to leave completely but at the late hour, we could not book another hotel. We even contemplated sleeping in our rental car. This has been so upsetting after all the planning we did for this trip. We just wanted a clean, quiet, decent place to stay but unfortunately this has not been the case. I would really appreciate if someone from Expedia would reach out about my experience as I would like a full refund to compensate us for the lack of sleep, wasted time, and overall unpleasant stay. Thank you.
