"Absolute great restaurant."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "War super toll. Wir kamen erst später nach Öffnungszeiten am Hotel an. Diesen hatten uns zuvor unsere Apartment Nummer und die dazugehörige Kennzahl geschickt. So kamen wir abends ins Apartment, wo dann auch die Zimmerkarte im System steckte. Frühstück war auch super. Nettes Personal . Gerne öfters bei den Preisen"

"Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Vorallem die Rezeption war immer verfügbar, auch als ich dachte ich hätte meinen Schlüssel verloren waren sie freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Man bekam sogar laktosefreien Latte machatio. Außerdem konnte man auch Spiegelei, Omelett und Crêpes bestellen. Auch das Abendbuffet war sehr lecker und jeden Abend zu einem anderen Thema gestaltet. Was nur leider schade war, ist das mein Zimmer nur eine...
