Avoid!!!

The room was old and smelled of old carpet and drapes. There were silverfish bugs crawling on the drapes. The bed mattresses were rock hard and uncomfortable. The room was not up to any standard fire code as several door needed a physical metal key to enter with locking doors. Outside the hotel an outdoor nightclub played music at an extremely high volume till 2 am making it impossible to sleep! Avoid this mess at all costs!

Zimmer war sehr warm und hatte Aussicht auf die Garage. Personal war sehr nett und hatte eine gemeinsame Rezeption. Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Meer ist das Highlight.

Die Lage der Strandvilla ist perfekt. 2 Minuten zur Seebrücke und zum Strand. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Edeka. Ringsum gibt es eine Menge Restaurants und Cafés. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer, tolle Auswahl (vielseitig und umfangreich). Die Liveküche für Rührei, Omelett und Spiegelei ist ein Highlight. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eher sind manche Gäste sehr anstrengend. Wir hätten einige Nörgelanten den Mund verboten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz so schön, sehr eng. Hat man im Innenhof erstmal einen Parkplatz, sollte man für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes auch nicht mehr fortfahren. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten bekommt man auch einiges per Fahrrad in weiterer Entfernung durch super Radwege zu sehen. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und due Ganzkörpermassage war der Burner. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist leider etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, was aber auch sehr an frühere Gäste liegt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Also wir können leider nur abraten von diesem Hotel. Wir sind etwa 14:00 am Hotel angekommen, da wurde gesagt wir sollen bitte 15uhr nochmal kommen Zimmer wäre noch nicht fertig. Normaler Check in war auch erst für 15uhr vorgesehen, also für uns völlig ok. Gegen 15:10 waren wir das zweite Mal beim Check in, die Mitarbeiterin die wir diesmal sprachen sagen zu uns das Zimmer wäre noch nicht fertig. Ich fragte noch wann es denn fertig ist, darauf bekam ich die Antwort kann ich Ihnen nicht sagen. Ich sagte der Mitarbeiterin das der Check in für 15uhr vereinbart war und ich mit meiner Familie zwei Kinder 4 und 1 Jahr nun ohne Unterkunft dastehen. Zur Antwort bekam ich das sie mich anrufen sobald das Zimmer frei ist. Gegen 16:30 war ich das dritte Mal vor Ort, Anruf war bis dahin keiner vom Hotel. Ich bekam einen Schlüssel mit der Aussagen ja wir wollten sie gerade anrufen. Also haben wir das Zimmer gesucht und ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer vorgefunden, auch anderen Gästen erging es nicht besser. Also vierter Besuch an der Rezeption. Nun wurde der hauseigene Reinigunsservice geschickt und wir konnten letztendlich das Zimmer 17:45 beziehen. Sowas hab ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Wer auf Abenteuer steht und sich mal so richtig den ersten Urlaubstag versauen lassen will ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig. Unser Glück war das wir nur auf der Durchreise waren und am nächsten Tag das Hotel wieder verlassen haben.
