nettes Personal, gut organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten in der TG, saubere Zimmer und vielfältiges Frühstück. Nur sind die Zimmer hellhörig und alles was sich Draußen abspielt ist trotz geschlossener Fenster gut zu hören. Zur Straßenseite müssten besonders schallisolierende Fenster sein, waren es in unserem Zimmer leider nicht, daher käme ein Besuch in der Saison für uns leider nicht in Frage.

Frühstück gesund und sehr abwechslungsreich! Zi tägl. Säuberung, Personal sehr freundlich, Toilettenbecken sehr niedrig und klein, für alte Leute schwer zu händeln, in der Dusche fehlt der Haltegriff! Zimmer sehr lärmempfindlich!

Schönes Haus auch wenn es etwas verwinkelt ist, mit sehr schönem Wintergarten, der sich besonders fürs Frühstück anbietet. Die Zimmer sind gut, zweckmäßig und schön ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut. Das Badezimmer immer sauber. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut ausreichend und schmackhaft. Der Gang aus der Tiefgarage ins Hotel könnte an einigen Abbiegungen noch eine Beschilderung gebrauchen.(Garage in zwei Ebenen über Fahrstuhlbedienung) Die Tiefgarage ist gut zu befahren und gut zu bedienen. Absolut Spitze ist das Personal, sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.

Wir sind als Paar für einen Kurzurlaub verreist. Für diesen Zweck war es Ideal. Die Zimmer sind modern und praktisch gestaltet. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und dem Hotel im allgemein gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Personal grundsätzlich aufmerksam, könnte aber noch freundlicher sein. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Leckeres Frühstück, der Wirlpool im Pool war leider während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt. Das bezogene Betttuch hatte nen Brandfleck und die Vorhänge risse. Das habe ich akzèptiert da wir einen entfernten kleinen Blick aufs Meer hatten. Leider wurde mein Wunsch nach einem einzelnen grossen Bett nicht erfüllt obwohl mir an der Rezeption zugesichert wurde das das ein grosses Bett wäre (es waren zwei Einzellbetten die wenn man sich auf die Mitte legte auseinander rutschtem). Zur Abreise empfiehlt das Hotel am Abend vorher zu bezahlen. Eigentlich eine gute Sache wenn da nicht die Dame von der Rezeption wäre, die bei der Garagenschlüsselabgabe einem nicht glaubt das man bezahlt hat und sagt man müsse warten bis sie andere Kunden erst bearbeitet um dann nach zu schauen ob man auch wirklich die Wahrheit sagt. Dies war eine Unterstellung die mir extrem die Zeit gekostet hatte bei der Rückfahrt (trotz vorabend bezahlen). Wir standen dann 2 Stunden im Stau um von Usedom wieder runter zu kommen. Aber sost ein schönes Hotel mit einer sehr schönen Lage.

Wir hätten uns gerne öfter im Restaurant aufgehalten und gegessen. Da wir, 2 Männer, ein Bier als bevorzugtes Getränk ansehen wäre es schön das Angebot zu erweitern. Nicht jeder mag so ein leichtes etwas dünnes Bier. Ansonsten würden wir wieder gern einmal zu Ihnen kommen.

Hotel grundsätzlich gut! Telefon auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Fernsehgerät viel zu klein, in der heutigen Zeit. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, jedes Stuhl - und Bettenrücken hört man noch in der Etage darunter! Wir haben zum Frühstück Omelette aus frischen Eiern bestellt, bekommen haben wir Omelette aus dem Tetra - Pack und es wurde behauptet das es frische Eier sind! Geht garnicht! Nach der Reklamation bekamen wir das gewünschte Omelette!

Ein Hotel, dass eigentlich 4 Sterne verdient. Wunderschöner wellnessbereich, kleines, aber schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Besonders ist auch der Wintergarten und das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist super, 2. Reihe zur Strandpromenade. Einziges Manko sind die Tiefgarage, in der keine SUVs Platz finden und die wenigen Parkplätze zum Be- und Entladen, da stehen Autos stundenlang . Da sollte man mehr drauf achten.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Frühstückbüfett war ausgesprochen vielseitig und ein guter Start in den Tag.Die zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Wasser optimal.Die Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage des Hotels fanden wir ziemlich überhöht. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Mir fehlten nur ein paar Garderobenhaken.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.
