One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities.

Guter Service und tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit großem Balkon. der Service war sehr gut und immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. ein sehr gutes Frühstück. sehr freundlich für Fahrradfahrer.

Top Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen

Geräumige Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Bett/Matratze war sehr angenehm, Bettdecke für die Jahreszeit viel zu warm Zum Frühstück stelle ich mir in einem BW Signature Hotel einen Kaffeevollautomaten und keinen Filterkaffee vor. Auch Lachs dürfte in der Hotel Kategorie gern auf dem Buffet zu finden sein.

Tolles Hotel

Tolles Hotel und super Preis/Leistung. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sauna und Pool sahen recht neu aus. Da ich erst nach 18 Uhr angereist bin, waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Mir wurde ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe empfohlen und auch das hat super geklappt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

-Das Deluxe-Zimmer war klasse. Noch nie hatten wir vorher ein so ruhiges großzügiges Zimmer. - Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sehr angenehm groß. Dusche ebenerdig - sehr gut. - Das Bett war unfassbar groß und die Matratzen super - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! - Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. - Kühlschrank und Safe vorhanden. - Tasche mit Bademänteln, Badeschlappen und Handtüchern im Zimmer vorhanden. - Das Schwimmbad war herrlich groß und gut temperiert. - Der Saunabereich sauber, es gab Tee oder Wasser. - schöne Ruhebereiche- - Einen Außenbereich mit Wasserschlauch und Eimerdusche. - Toller gesicherter Abstellbereich für EBikes oder Räder. Es gab dort sogar einen Schrank mit Steckdosen in den Fächern zum Laden der Akkus. Individuell mit Zahlencode einstellbar. - Das Frühstück war klasse, gute Auswahl und es wurde immer aufmerksam nachgelegt! Nicht soo optimal: - Die Handtücher waren für die Sauna zu klein. - man sollte die benutzten Handtücher im Spabereich lassen, leider hatte es der Roomservice nicht drauf dann auch wieder genügend frische Handtücher im Zimmer zu hinterlegen. Gerade wenn man auch keinen täglichen Roomservice angemeldet hat. Das war schon lästig, dass man dann jedes Mal an der Rezeption nach Handtüchern fragen musste :-)
