"The room was tidy, the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were helpful. I particularly liked the 7€ buffet breakfast.
This hotel was good for an extended stay because there was a Dia supermarket across the road and two self-service laundromats within walking distance.
The hotel was also a short walk to Valdeacederas metro station, so it was easy to get to Gran Via and Sol on metro line 1."

"The location was good. But we got a first room floor and there was too much noise at night (cars, ambulances, people etc)
The room eas a little dark.
Other than that, for one night it was ok."

"Do NOT be fooled by the A/C listed in the amenities, it is completely useless to you as a guest. The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. When we arrived, the temperature inside was a sweltering 28°C (84°F) with the HEATING on. In the middle of summer. We had no way to turn on the A/C, no way to cool the space down, and when I complained, the host offered absolutely no solution whatsoever.

"The staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary underground parking, which was very convenient for us.
The only drawback is its location, as it is quite far from Madrid’s major attractions, approximately a 30-minute drive away. Aside from the distance, we had a wonderful experience and appreciated the hospitality."
