"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property having an EV charger, the staff didn’t even seem to know it existed, nor could they tell me the price or how to pay. It turned out to be $15.99 per session, which was quite steep. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well....

"After driving 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 2:30pm and enter to the hotel asking the receptionist if I can do the check in she just looked at me and said very rude "NO THE CHECK IN IS AT 3PM COME BACK LATER"so I told my children we have to stay in the car waiting 30mnts to do the check in and my Daughter told me she has to go to the bathroom so she went inside but the receptionist told my daughter WE DON'THAVE PUBLIC BATHROOM! "The staff were great! The rooms felt dirty due to stains on couches and insects. I had ants and small black flies on my phone and side table when I woke up. It wasn’t a large amount of ants, but it’s not what you want when you’re paying to sleep somewhere. I also never brought any food in the room. Got in late and left in the morning. The bed was comfy."

"The front desk people were very unhelpful. I presented them with pictures & videos of rodents in the bed. They said I can reach out to Expedia for a full refund, when I reached out to Expedia they said the hotel only approved of a $24 refund. This is completely ridiculous. I didn’t pay to sleep with rodents. I then called 3 days later because I’m on vacation & the lady took my information down & said I would be getting a call back. I’ve now been waiting 3 days for a call back that I have yet to...
