"The staff were absolutely incredible, never said no and was always available no matter what, I cannot praise this hotel enough, its well worth the extra money, if your coming to Bangkok this is the only choice that should be on your list. We stayed in room 3113 and I would highly recommend anyone ask for a room on that side of the building, maybe ask them before booking which side that is and kindly ask for the same, the higher the better, the view from your room will blow your mind. Thank you to everyone at The Carlton. Clean, Professional, Comfy. An unforgettable experience."

"All the staff were super friendly and helpful- can’t fault them. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe, close to all the amenities such as the shops and BTS. Luckily, someone else had also written this in their review which was the deciding factor to book this hotel. The room was big and clean- the layout made it luxurious. Gym had sufficient equipment to do my workout; pool was clean but cold( I traveled in Dec during a cold spell in Bangkok). However, the staff were so accommodating and made the access to the onsen super easy to warm up. A very good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, hot and cold Thai and international food available. For me, it was delicious and offered sufficient healthy selection. However, my friend felt it was expensive (for Thai standards)as it didn’t offer enough variety eg add sour dough bread, more yoghurt flavours, etc. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and have rebooked for my next stay. "

"Clean, quiet and spacious room. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance (10 min) from Sukhumvit MRT, Asoke BTS and shopping mall Terminal 21 where the food court offers a variety of cheap and delicious meals until 10pm. The hotel has a free shuttle to get you closer to the MRT if needed but it took us less time walking the distance than waiting for the shuttle. Lots of option for street food during the day by either checking the food stalls lining the street or the local day market on your way to the MRT/BTS. For late night snacks, there is a Lawson in the lobby open 24/7, a 7-Eleven across the street and Foodland also open 24h. Thai massage and more restaurants available in the street. Good location overall!"
