"The hotel staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. From the concierge team: Perm, Potae & Tae, to the F&B team, lead by Executive Chef Tor, they were always engaging and attentive.
The breakfast spread was always presentable and appetizing. The location of the hotel: a 10-min walk in either direction on Sukhumvit Road takes you to the BTS or Metro.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean.
The pool was underwhelmed. Plenty of affordable massage choices. Not many F&B choices...
"Loved that there was a 7 11 just outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big which was great cause it gave us enough space to lay our luggage. Water was replenished every day. Beds were very comfortable.
Nothing we did not like but perhaps a hook in the shower area to hang our clothes would have been helpful. "

"This very clean, quiet and friendly place was a respite from busy Bangkok! We were made to feel very welcome with a special birthday surprise and outstanding service whenever we entered the lobby. The two bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The walk to public transport was easy (even with kids), and also close to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay! "
