"Very convenient, since it’s near the Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit MRT station, and connected to the Terminal 21 mall with 2 food courts open from 10-10. The staff are all polite and the premises were cleanly, though our room had a bit of an odd smell. The smell cleared out pretty quickly once the staff came to help freshen up and open our window though"
"Check in was seamless. Room was spacious. Bathtub was exquisitely cleaned. Location was super convenient for me! I’d recommend to any solo female travellers. "
"Wonderful staff! Very helpful & go.out of their way to assist you and preempt needs. Hotel rooms are large, clean, well stocked with amenities. Hofel services (concierge, check in etc) were amazing, and the food was excellent! Best hotel stay i've had in a while (and I travel a LOT)."
"Hotel very elegant.. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable... Our executive room was clean and spacious with beautiful city view that we enjoyed.. Buffet breakfast was okay not so great.. same menu everyday for our 4 days stay.. they should've change the daily menu for the enjoyment of those customers who have a long stay.
I will be back and book this hotel the next time i will visit Bangkok again. More power to all the beautiful Hotel Staff."
"Everything was perfect. The front desk team was extremely welcoming and professional (special shout-out to K. NP). The room was ideal for work and very comfortable. I will definitely come back every month."
