The rooms masterfully balance aesthetics with functionality, offering modern essentials like USB-C ports and a garment steamer alongside plush beds and incredible showers with oversized, soft towels.
Dining is a highlight, whether enjoyed in the impressive Level 10 lobby or the ground-floor restaurant. The à la carte breakfast menu features standouts like the Siam Benedict with crab meat, matcha yogurt, and a meticulously crafted French toast. However, the quality can be inconsistent; while the signature dishes shine, the standard omelet and breakfast platter felt underwhelming, so it pays to choose your courses wisely.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the service, which consistently exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the lobby, every staff member provided a warm, attentive welcome that made the stay feel personal. While room service was a slight letdown—the club sandwich felt uninspired despite a generous portion—the overall experience was superb. I will certainly be returning for the top-tier service and stylish atmosphere."
