"Very clean hotel. The room was in excellent shape, just like the photos. Very impressed with hotel and great location with BTS, shopping, and restaurants all within few minutes walk. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was generally good but not exceptional, not sure it is worth the $19 charge. The gym is better than most hotels and a the Mexican restaurant is very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. They take such good care of it. "

"The rooms are very spacious and clean. Toiletries included are high end. Beds are comfortable. Coffee maker and kettle in the rooms were nice. Everything was very clean, although our room had a musty smell. Pool area was nice. Restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was a bonus to have in the hotel. The breakfast area and buffet was excellent. Although we didn't use it, there was a hotel shuttle service to the mall near by. Great location, walkable to amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"I would give this hotel 10/10, but I can only give it 9/10. The last buffet breakfast I ordered an omelette, I waited too long and had to check with two waitresses to get my food. And they gave the wrong choice finally. May be the management should check on the process."
