"Great location."

"The hotel overall is nice and clean and pretty good if you’re just in the city for a couple days and spending most of your days outside and not in your hotel room. Liz was great letting us check in early to our room to explore the city early. One of the only issues we had in our stay was the a/c unit did not work at all. It was better to keep the window open to allow cool air to come in & our TV didn’t work at all which we didn’t mind but we wanted to watch tv before bed. "

"The location was ok. Close to Powell street and the cable cars, but lots of homeless people, and a lot of people being drugs on the street. The staff in the restaurant are rude - wouldn’t eat there, I would eat at a cute local eatery (Taylor Street Cafe). We reported items in the room that needed fixing, but although they said it would get fixed, it didn’t. The cleaning team we very friendly. "
