"The lobby is quite large and is a nice place to rest. It is peaceful since the main door is well guarded and restful with some people going in and out to watch and be entertained. Excellent service too from the lobby staff. They’re there to serve but will stay away when they see you’re not there to eat. "

"This hotel has become our second home whenever we visit Cebu City. The staff, from security to parking attendants, receptionists, housekeeping, and dining personnel, were exceptional. "My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!"

"Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."

"Customer service was really good during my stay however, the smell of the comfort room was such a big turn-off for us. There was a lingering poop smell inside the comfort room, even when we haven't used it yet. The room itself did not smell that good too - it was like there was still a smell of fresh paint."

"I stayed in two bedroom apt this place needs a lot of improvements. The ac was dusty, we have to buy our own sponge and soap to wash our dirty dishes it doesn’t have any shampoo or toiletries, check in is inconvenient waited for almost an hour. We have to use the same towels total of 4 for 4 days of stay and no housekeeping and charge the dirty towels upon checked out. "
