"Stayed for 3 nights in January. The hotel is dated but was acceptable for a short stay. If they had a bar, restaurant or somewhere to purchase drinks etc, this would make it a better place to stay."

We were upgraded to a larger suite (as a family of 4) that was at the front of the hotel. It wasn't quiet by any stretch, but that's not the hotel's fault. "The hotel was in much worse condition than the pictures make it out to be. The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles. "We booked a "luxury" room by the pool, but it was a nightmare. The bed was infested with bedbugs, and the staff only changed the sheets when we reported it. We asked for a room change and got a regular one on the second floor, with no compensation. Later, we saw the "luxury" room rented out again. The pool was dirty, full of sand, and we found a large piece of glass in it. We also discovered a pair of underwear from previous guests on one of our chairs and an old lunchbox in the fridge. "Very poor service. We travelled around Thailand for almost 3 weeks and this is the worst service we received, in this price range. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and they never even emptied the trash outside our room which was overflowing. We stayed in the family room which was basic.
