"This hotel is NOT for tourists. The front desk don't speak English, and it is located in an area which is ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING, DON'T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR AND GO THERE, a motor cycle will hit you for sure. "I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. Don’t book here!! "

"This property was very clean and quiet. Google maps did not get the cab driver there and even though the operating hours say 11pm, we woke up a tenant to let us in. It is budget friendly and a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants."

"The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me- My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!"
