"Our check in took a long time, was stressful and I had paid extra for a deluxe ocean view and the first room they showed us was old beat up and noisy. I had emailed the hotel and requested a quieter room. Our second room was much nicer and quieter. Later I discovered that I had been overcharged took awhile but we were able to work it out. The front desk was not efficient. I understand mistakes happen but an apology would have been appreciated. I thought this chain was known for its service"

"Beautiful property but no access to the beach. Not much in the surrounding area. Fantastic pool areas and food quality was very good. Polite staff but I didn’t care for the add-on pressure when we checked in. Trying to sell us on added activities, etc."

"The property was fine. Rooms were clean, the food was good and the service was fine as well. Nothing extraordinary about the property but it definitely served our needs for a quick trip to Cabo to get away and re-charge. We would visit the Westin again. "
