"As many of the other reviews stated, the breakfast here is simply awesome. The host were so nice and accommodating as well. The pool was such a relaxing and wonderful amenity. The water was the perfect temperature and we really relished our daily swims and second cup of coffee after breakfast relaxing on the chaise lounges. Super close to the malecon. "We spent ten wonderful days in the oasis known as Casa del Maya. It was our first trip to Yucatan Mexico and the beautiful colonial city of Merida. Upon our arrival, we asked Arun, the manager of the property, for a local guide. He introduced us to Carlos who is bilingual and offers tours. George and Sarah, the owners of Casa del Maya were delightful hosts. It felt like family our entire visit.
