Staff were great, helpful, and kind. Room was clean along with the washroom. Service was excellent and the amount of staff that would service you was great! There weren’t much amenities, but I didn’t mind as I was really there to relax. The food was delicious and lots of room service/servers bringing food and drinks to you.

Not staffed properly for busy holiday. Waited for over 2 hours to get a table for dinner. Long waits to get drinks at the bar. Wish tge restaurants would take reservations. Otherwise very nice, comfortable, relaxing experience.

Rooms and facilities are very nice, I wasn’t aware that the hotel have a preferred section on the beach that I was not able to use, also the hotel has 4 restaurants for dinner and they do not give out appointments, first come first serve, it doesn’t work very well for most people, unless you want to eat at 5:30 pm, most people have to wait at least 45 minutes to be seated and we ended up eating close to 10 pm. There is also a buffet restaurant that only opens for breakfast and lunch, not for dinner. Staff is very nice and tries to help with anything.

Absolutely great experience! We loved the resort, the views and amenities were so nice! But the thing that really stood out was the service. From the second we arrived, we were treated like valued customers. Special shout out to Jaime Pantojoe and Martin at World Cafe, Jorge from Seaside Grill, and Pamila Jon, and Brian from entertainment. They all went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed and just made the stay extra incredible. Always happy, helpful, and kind. They are truly exceptional employees

Was ok overall. Good service though. Hot tub was huge disappointment to max with no circulation and no jets! Plus just the one for entire resort. A reason I chose this place. Big fail. Pretty thin walls to know. Super spa but super pricey to max.
