"We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). "Our check in took a long time, was stressful and I had paid extra for a deluxe ocean view and the first room they showed us was old beat up and noisy. I had emailed the hotel and requested a quieter room. Our second room was much nicer and quieter. Later I discovered that I had been overcharged took awhile but we were able to work it out. The front desk was not efficient. I understand mistakes happen but an apology would have been appreciated. I thought this chain was known for its service"

"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!"
