Second, areas needing improvement - lighting was poor, bed linens uncomfortable and too heavy, but especially no hot water. I was excited to see a bathtub, but only lukewarm water and no plug. A staff person came to the room to "fix" but not remedied. Two nights with no hot water a bummer. Would have been great otherwise."
