"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."

"Basic hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. Breakfast was ham or cheese sandwich and tea. No room heater, but had lots of blankets.
Helped arrange tours and airport transfers."
