"Absolutely loved our stay here which really made our trip to the salt flats special. The spa was lovely I had both a facial & massage & I enjoyed both. Probably the only thing that slightly lets the hotel down is the main restaurant. All the meals are served buffet style which didn’t look particularly good. We ate in the bar area instead which although had a limited menu served freshly cooked food. "

"This is probably the best hotel in the town, great staff, a beautiful room, well designed to Western standards and a great view of the lake from the third floor. A glass wall in the bathroom afforded a view of the lake from the shower. They also provided us with an oxygen tank to the room for 180 bob which was great. What I didn't like was the shower over bath. The shower head was too close to the wall so I found myself with one leg up on the bath rim to try to get my body under the shower...

"Stayed due to LPB transit. The hotel staff can speak Spanish only, so we communicated by using the translator app. He seemed accustomed to such situations. The room was clean and comfort, except dust was accumulated in the bathroom crevices and it was washed out when I showered. Room locks are simple, but the hotel entrance is locked at night. If you are heading to the airport early in the morning, for example, just let the staff know and they will unlock the door."

"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. "Wonderful boutique hotel amongst the dusty and noisy streets of Uyuni. The surrounds were typical for the city unfortunately. We were only there for a night after the salt flats tour. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Only negative is that our room was very cold and we never figured out the heating. But that was more our fault than anything. "

"Conveniently located for a visit to the Tiwanaku ruins (next door), this hotel makes an ok stop after crossing the border from Peru at Desaguadero. It bills itself as '4-star', but it's not really.
