"This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. "A Return to Excellence: The Kyoto Brighton Hotel Experience In 2016, we had the pleasure of staying at the Kyoto Brighton Hotel, and our experience was so memorable that we chose to return in April 2024. Nestled in a serene residential area, the hotel is a stone’s throw away from the historic Kyoto Gosho and a myriad of quaint temples and shrines. Iconic landmarks such as Nijo-jo, Kinkaku-ji, and Ryoan-ji are just a short bus, subway, or taxi ride away. The hotel offers first-class hospitality and services at an incredibly reasonable price. The staff, always courteous, greeted us with warm smiles each time we returned to the hotel. Their personalized service was so exceptional that some staff members even remembered us by name, making us feel like their most valued guests. We have had the opportunity to stay at various high-end hotels in the past, including during our recent trip.
