"Patricia the front desk receptionist was awesome! She offered us bottles of water and was kind enough to upgrade our room after I explained to her that I was having a masectomy when I returned home and this would be my last trip for a while. The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!!!"

"Perfect spot to be while on vacation! This hotel had it all the beautiful views, the pools, the ocean and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Good for the whole family, a group of friends or you and your plus one! The staffs at the pools and ocean was great, really appreciate them! Only thing was missing was a microwave in the room, and the front desk staffs could be more friendly! I will definitely be back! "

"When we stayed here we loved the affordability and the fact that it is in the Santurce area. This boutique is close to everything! The only things that were difficult is the parking near the boutique. It is just street parking so be careful with that if you rent a vehichle. "

"Overall it was good. The room did seem a little run down, our shower head did not work and I found mold stains on the white curtains. We were visiting family for Father’s Day so we’re hardly in our room. The pool facilities is nice."

"The customer service was top notch! Literally no problems whatsoever & all of the staff were super friendly. The hotel room itself was super clean & housekeeping made sure to keep our room squared away. Breakfast was nice, not too many complaints on that end besides wanting the food a little warmer. "

"My overall stay was wonderful. Piola (night manager) was awesome and the front desk agent (I didn’t get his name) was as well. The gave me a credit on my room for food I had to return in 6/17 and I was really thankful. The rooftop bar is a little expensive and the hotel is not right on the beach. However, there are some great restaurants in walking distance. I’ll be back in August "
