"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. The pajama wear and takata wear were so awesome to wear all over the resort and to dinner! What fun. No racial prejudice felt at this resort. "We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. I booked the recommended spa & massage package of 120 minutes costing 20,000 Yen, but was only given the service of 75 minutes including changing time, bathing and sand spa which lasted 25 minutes, the massage was only 50 minutes. I felt I was being short changed after the session and raised question to the massage lady without any acceptable answer. "
