"Found the mattress quite hard so struggled to sleep. There was also a lot of doors banging in the middle of the night which also made it hars to sleep. Other than that we were very happy. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean, recwption staff very helpful and friendly"

"Stop being pretentious and serve pints in the bar and not damned “schooners”. I don’t want a “schooner” I want a pint. Why management dictates this I have no idea. "When I return to Liverpool, I will stay here. The staff was welcoming and answered all of my questions about locations in the area. It is close to Albert Docks The Liverpool museum and the Mersey River. It’s also right around the corner from Matthew Street where the cavern club and other bars and restaurants are located. There’s a Tesco store right around the corner as well as a Gregg’s bakery shop. Enjoy."

"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "

"This hotel was fantastic. It's located on the Royal Albert Docks so very convenient to all Liverpool attractions. The hotel had private underground parking. The rooms are modern, clean & bright and have a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink. There was a 6:30pm managers reception on Wednesday evening with drinks and snacks. We we're invited but we're unable to attend because we had dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again."

Nice hotel. Perfect location.
